About this tea
This African delicacy is also known as Redbush. Rooibos is not strictly speaking a tea, it is a herb that is naturally caffeine free and renowned for its antioxidant properties. The leaf is small and neat and the liquor has bright, rich red appearance with a sweet character
Brewing Tips
One heaped teaspoon per 200ml cup. Brew with freshly drawn boiled water for 3-5 minutes. Experiment on its own or with any variation using milk, honey and/or lemon
