About this tea
This China oolong tea has been made by hand and fired in a large pan that is hotter at the edge. The leaves bake faster at the edge and the pan is constantly shaken to give a mix of colour. The liquor is light, yellow with a mellow buttery taste. Truly exquisite quality.
Brewing Tips
One heaped teaspoon per 200ml cup. Brew with freshly drawn boiled water that has cooled for 2 minutes. Infuse for 4-6 minutes. Experiment on its own or with honey and/or lemon. 1 or 2 Further infusions possible.
